Are Organizer reports available on the Basic Plan?
Yes, ConferenceBuilder has a number of reports that can be accessed by Organizers on the admin panel and downloaded as csv, pdf, or excel files.
Can I host concurrent events on the Basic Plan?
At this time, the Basic Plan can only support one event at a time. Organizers can host back to back events on the same Basic Plan login, but registration is limited to one active form per Basic Plan account. If you wish to host symultanious events, the In-Person Conference or Virtual Conference Plans can provide this functionality.
How can attendees find my event?
Event Organizers will receive a unique URL to direct attendees to your event webpages. Event Search is also available on the ConferenceBuilder website. This search tool allows the public to find your event organizically with keywords, or search your event name to access the event webpages.
Can I restrict access to my event?
Yes. If you choose to restrict access to your event, visitors to the ConferenceBuilder website will be required to enter a code, unique to your event, before accessing your conference webpages.
