The ConferenceBuilder Basic Plan

The Basic Plan gives organizers a set of five customizable event pages hosted on the ConferenceBuilder website, providing essential tools to support your conference registration and online presence.

Are Organizer reports available on the Basic Plan?
Yes, ConferenceBuilder has a number of reports that can be accessed by Organizers on the admin panel and downloaded as csv, pdf, or excel files.
Can I host concurrent events on the Basic Plan?
At this time, the Basic Plan can only support one event at a time. Organizers can host back to back events on the same Basic Plan login, but registration is limited to one active form per Basic Plan account. If you wish to host symultanious events, the In-Person Conference or Virtual Conference Plans can provide this functionality.
How can attendees find my event?
Event Organizers will receive a unique URL to direct attendees to your event webpages. Event Search is also available on the ConferenceBuilder website. This search tool allows the public to find your event organizically with keywords, or search your event name to access the event webpages.
Can I restrict access to my event?
Yes. If you choose to restrict access to your event, visitors to the ConferenceBuilder website will be required to enter a code, unique to your event, before accessing your conference webpages.
Can I customize the webpages for my event?
Each event will have access to five customizable pages. Event name, dates, colors, and pages can all be customized to your specifications using the ConferenceBuilder tools. View our example event here.

The ConferenceBuilder In-Person Plan

The In-Person Plan builds on the Basic Plan and is geared towards organizations that host multiple events per year and those who would like to keep their event pages on their own unique URL.

My conference already has a website, can I still use ConferenceBuilder on my own website?
While ConferenceBuilder cannot be integrated onto an existing website, we will work with your organization to carry your styling themes to the new event site. ConferenceBuilder websites include the full toolset of conference management modules.
How does the In-Person Conference Plan differ from the Basic Plan?
While events hosted on the Basic Plan are tied directly into the Conference Builder website, the In-Person Conference Plan is used to create a website solely for your organizations use. Additional benefits include custom pages, concurrent registration for multiple events, multi-track programs and much more.
Can I communicate with attendees through the ConferenceBuilder platform?
Both the In-Person and Virtual Conference Plans include ConferenceBuilder's Email Communication Manager. With the Email Communication Manager, messages can be sent to specific groups using Smart Lists.
Can I request feedback from attendees?
Yes, feedback from attendees can be gathered using the Survey Builder tool on your ConferenceBuilder website. Organizers can create questions of several varieties including open ended, scaled, multiple choice and several other options. Organizers can view a breakdown of these reports to help them better understand what attendees thought about their event.
How does ConferenceBuilder support the organizers of a reoccuring conference?
Conference Builder becomes a hub for your conference information that can be built up year to year. Through ConferenceBuilder organizers can view registration trends, peaks, target marketing and more, helping to better understand their attendees and improve future events.

The Virtual Plan gives organizers the tools needed to host a Virtual or Hybrid conference.  Keeping attendee engagement high even if they cannot be in the room together.

Stay connected with your attendees through the Email Communication Manager.  Send event updates and post conference surveys.  Email Communication Manager smartlists utilizes tags to maintain up to date email lists for speakers, sponsors, and more.

How can virtual attendees interact with the Exhibit Hall Map?
The Virtual Conference Plan includes a Virtual Exhbit Hall Map that can be customized to match the physical space that it represents. Virtual attendees can click on individual booths which can display exhibitor and sponsor logos. Clicking on these logos will provide the user with detailed information on participating companies including contact information, social media links, as well as, links to the exhibitors virtual booth.
My event has active social media accounts that help to provide information to our attendees. Can our social media accounts be tied into the website?
Yes, social media accounts and feeds can be placed on your website. A connection to Facebook allows for live status updates to the website. Other social media accounts can be hyperlinked and placed on the website for users to locate and access.
My event is virtual, but I would still like to offer networking options. What does ConferenceBuilder provide?
The Virtual Conference Plan includes Virtual Booths for exhibitors and sponsors. Within these Virtual Booths exhibitors can create a static commercial page and even display a promotional video. Online attendees have the ability to connect with Virtual Booths through chat as well as online conference calls with the exhibitors and sponsors, allowing for face to face networking.
My conference has in-person poster presenters. How will virtual attendees participate with the poster presenters?
Poster Presenters have the ability to build out a virtual poster for attendees to view their research and findings in an online dynamic format. Within these Virtual Posters, virtual attendees can choose to either chat or video call with the presenter to learn more information.
How will attendees access the Webinar for my virtual event?
Attendees can either be sent a link to join the webinar or can join via a button on the event website. Website settings can be adjusted to only show registered attendees the links to a live feed from the online program.
